Contact Sync Problem

I got the verizon iPhone yesterday and sync up to my car bluetooth without ant problem. My contacts appear as last nameand then first name. My contacts on the iPhone and Outlook ar fisrt name then last name. No matter what I do I can't get the car system to show it as fisrt name the last name. I own a 2011 Hyundai Sonnata LTD.

Any help would be appreciated.

What did the owners manual that came with the car say about changing the way contacts are displayed?
