Contact sync with Google (Address Book app) not working?

I've set up contact sync with google and apple's address book app, but i can't get any contacts over to my address book...

I had the same problem too, there is a few discussions about it around Google Groups but I couldn't get it working. Google search it and see if any of the solutions work for you, I'd be interested to know.
