I have a letter of complaint to sned to Apple UK, what's the best address to send to and to whom should I address it to?

You have three options:

a.) Their 'offical' address at Hollyhead Industrial Estate:

Apple Computer International
Hollyhill Industrial Estate
Cork
Republic of Ireland

b.) Their offices beside/near/same building as the Apple Store London:

Apple
1 Hanover Street
London
W1S

c.) Their famous headquarters in Cupertino, CA

Apple
1 Infinite Loop
Cupertino, CA 95014
United States of America

When I had some problems with my iBook, I write to A and C and got some good results. Does anyone know about B? What part of Apple's operations are in Ireland and what in London?

What happened Dogday, was the customer service really bad. I thought they had a reputation......maybe not then

Their European operations are in Cork, so that is the best place to contact if you want those higher up. A lot of apple hardware for sale in Europe is also manufactured in Cork, not sure what is in London.

Nice to see Cork have a major company base their European operations there though, my family are from down there and I frequently visit. That address would be my first choice.

Out of interest, what is the nature of the complaint and the history of it?

Did you go to an official Apple store or a reseller?

I would personally try for address A first, addressing my letter to 'Customer Services Director'.

I'm also curious what your complaint is?

I would write to address A. I had a problem with the service i recieved when i had a problem. i wrote my letter of complaint - someone made the employee call back and apologise to me. nice touch i thought.
