Contacts - add new contact to non-primary contacts list?

As the title describes, I'm having a contacts issue and can't seem to find a solution. I have 2 exchange accounts configured on my iPhone 4S, one google and one work via Lotus Notes traveler. In the settings, you can choose which set of contacts is the primary - I have google selected for my personal contacts. Occasionally I want to add a work contact from my iPhone and currently can't find a way to do it except to add them on my work PC (it will sync to the iPhone no problem)

Any ideas? Thanks! :)
