iPod touch Contacts app

I just got a new I Touch and currently looking for a way to transfer my enormous address book (paper/3 ring binder) into it. Is there a way to manually type in info on my computer, then sync it to my I Touch. I am afraid trying to type all my contacts in on the Touch will make me go blind.

If you have a Mac you can sync your contacts that you enter into your address book.

This article indicates that you can sync contact information created in Windows Address Book, part of Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook itself.
