Contacts, Calendar and Notes not syncing

Hello:

I am running Vista, Outllok 2007, iTunes 8.2.0.23 and iPhone firmware 3.0, jailbroken and unlocked using redsn0w and ultrasn0w.

My contacts, calendar and notes were syncing fine on latest firmware, but all of a sudden my notes, calendar and contacts on my iPhone were empty. I tried resyncing, I tried these things in this link:

I moved my contacts, notes and calendar up in the list (they each had been moved down in Outlook). Still no luck. Any idea how to get them to sync?
