contacts/calendar-sync fails (pwned 2.0 touch)

When I start to syncronise my iPod Touch it always hangs at syncing adresses or calendar. Before I got my locigboard replaced, it worked fine. I don't actually want to restore my iPod, because that would erase all the jailbroken stuff.

Any idea. how I can change this state?:confused::(:(
