I have an issue with Contacts. I enter the persons name and surname (ie John Jones) and then in the Business Field I put their address title (ie Mr J Jones). I then have a group called 'Christmas' so that when I am printing the christmas card envelopes it prints correctly - I don't want the envelopes going out with 'Mum' or 'Dad' followed by the address.

I have been doing this for many years and you used to be able to select multiple contacts and globally change the record from Name to Business Name. This changed two or three years ago and I now have to go into each record individually prior to printing and then once again to change the records back again. I send about ninety cards each year so this is rather time consuming.

If anyone has got any work arounds it would be much appreciated!
