My sister has a 3gs and recently had her entire phone crash and lost everything. Shes not very techie and had never backed anything up etc. So I turned on icloud backup for her, but since this happened she keeps randomly losing contacts. They are gone from both the phone and www.icloud.com. There seems to be no pattern to it, ie its affecting both contacts she has used since the backups to iCloud and ones she hasnt. ANy ideas?
