Contacts in backup file but file not recognized by any software ?? Urgent..

Hi..
I am using IPhone 3GS... Before i upgrade the OS4x firmware, i made backup of my iphone..
After the upgrade process, i restore my apps, sms, note files and all..Except contacts!!
There were no contacts inside the IPhone...

I made a search via internet and learnt, contacts were saved in these two files
inside the backup file..

I just tried to extract phone numbers with miscellaneous software..(IBackupExtra..., etc) But no success.. All of extract only 1 contact with no detail..

But when i open these .mddata file, i can find all of my contacts in a not ordered shape..
All phone numbers and contacts in the file but not in organized format..

So, i am going to mad..All contacts in my hand but i can't do anything..
I already didn't find a situation like this somebody lived before over internet...

And just search for a mail address to send this issue for Apple Engineer's examination but no success.. support is not free, as i understood..

Are there anybody able to help me for fix this issue ?
I can upload&send the contact file.. Nope..
