Some of my contacts number created under "iPhone" field and other customized field other than those available in Outlook (eg. Work number, mobile, home number... Etc) are not able to sync to the Outlook contacts.

I have to change all the contacts in my iPhone that was created under "iPhone" field back to "mobile" in order to sync to outlook.

Is this problem common? Is there any solutions?
I am using iOS4.3.3 and MS Outlook 2007.

Thanks

it syncs as the "other" category. display that category for one of the contacts and i bet the iPhone number is there.

If I create a number in Outlook under "Other Phone no" field, will it sync to iPhone contact "iphone" field?

no. set it on the iPhone to iPhone and it will sync to Outlook in the Other field. good luck.
