Contacts Not Fully Synching

Weird one here, running latest dev beta. I have a few contacts that I added through my iPhone that are not showing up as contacts on my MBP. They show up on my other Apple devices and also show on my work PC Outlook that I have iCloud for Windows installed on.

Anyone else experiencing this? Can someone add a contact on their phone and see if it shows up on their MBP? (FYI, if I add a contact on my MBP, I can see it on my phone).

Tried that, no luck.

I have also tried deleting com.apple.addressbook from user/library/container. I actually deleted every file or folder with that reference. No luck.

I tried most of the suggestions in that thread. I think I will just wait for it to be fixed in an upcoming release before I break something deleting system files.
