Contacts not longer displaying names

Hi all.

Yesterday, randomly, after making no changes to any setting on my Apple Watch or iPhone, my contacts stopped displaying names on the Messages app on my Apple Watch.

I uploaded a screenshot from my watch. Everything displays correctly on my other devices. I've already tried resetting my Apple Watch and paired it with my iPhone again, and this did nothing to correct the problem.

I find it very strange that this just randomly occurred. No software update caused this. All my devices are running the latest versions of macOS and iOS. Anyone else experienced this?

That happened to me a while ago, I fixed it by using the watch app on my phone, then going into general, then reset and then resetting sync data
