Contacts not syncing on iPad

I'm having a problem syncing contacts on my iPad via iCloud. Contacts on my iPhone and Mac sync just fine, but they won't update on my iPad. Running iOS8 and Yosemite. I've already followed the tutorial on Apple's site, turning off/on contacts, signing out of iCloud, restarting, etc.

Anyone else experience similar problems? Safari and other information appears to sync with iCloud without issue.
