I am not looking to just get my contacts to my iPhone..What im looking for is when I add contacts in my iPhone it will update to google and iCloud and I can't seem to find the solution.. I have the account added all that do is pull what I have from that account to my iPhone im wanting it to update in both spots...im tired of hunting to see which contacts I don't have on one account vs the other one

A contact has to be syncing with one account or the other. Do you really need contact syncing to two different accounts?

Set your default account in Contacts to the same account on every device. Pick an account to be the main account, set the default, and then move all your contacts to the default account. This is easy on a Mac but you didn't say if you have one or not. If not, you'll have go to the web browser versions of your accounts (on a computer) to export your contacts from the account you didn't choose as default and import them into the account you did choose.

Once all your contacts are in one account you can turn off the other account.
