I keep getting a pop-up that my contacts are not sync or that there is duplicates and etc.

It seems this goes on all the time, as my MacBook Pro shows the beach ball a lot.

I have Sync with Mobile Me, Google and etc. turned off in Address Book preferences.

What's up??
