Contacts with e-mail Addresses

I would like to update contacts list with all the e-mails I have. I might have 150 e-mails in Apple Mail and in Outlook for Mac Book Pro and so far I have not a good answer from Apple on the Phone today. So I thought some might be about to help me. If I have the correct place now. I looked two hours and I could not find the answer.

What is the problem exactly? You say you want to update your contacts list, which is fine, but you don't say why you've been unable to do so.
 
All I want to go is to my Apple Mail Contact List and update the whole file. I might have 150 people in there and i want to go through the list one by one either keep or delete from the list. But i cannot find where to do it on the Mac Book Pro.
