Containers invisible

Hi, after I updated to 10.13.6, I can no longer find Containers in my library. Help? I deleted somethings before I updated but want to put them back in Library/Containers/., and now I can't find containers

It should be in the invisible user Library folder.

Make sure you are in the Finder.
From the Finder menu bar open the Go>Go to Folder... or type shift+cmd+g

A window will open, type or copy/paste:
~/Library/Containers
Click the Go button and the Containers folder should open.
