Content & Privacy Restrictions bug?

Setting restrictions on our daughter's iPhone 7 & every time I turn the restrictions on Chrome app disappears. Totally vanishes.
Not in allowed list etc it's just gone.
Search for the app & it is there but when you try to open it says it's blocked by restrictions. Go to restrictions & there is no way to unblock as it's not listed anywhere. Vanished completely.
Anyone else encountered this?

Don't think a bug, working as designed.

Will get the details a bit messed up, but basic gist, Google Chrome for iOS does not have any parental control functions in it, and since it's rated 17+, it becomes an all or nothing app. This has been the case for a number of years now (schools run into this where they need to enable Chrome for some online test or another on iPads).
