Content & Privacy Restrictions / Parental Controls broken on iOS 14

Today I went to check permissions for Contacts, photos, reminders etc in the Screentime section of Settings app... and I noticed they are almost all broken except for Location permissions.

Every section shows list of apps from the Photos section instead of showing Contacts for example in Contacts section.

Has anyone else seen this issue? I did not participate in iOS 14 Beta but now I see issue on both of my devices on iOS 14 and 14.2 Beta.

Today I noticed the same issue on both my iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd Gen and iPhone Xs (iPadOS 14.0.1 and iOS 14.0.1): Apple Support told me that Apple Engineers are already working on the issue.
