I keep running into a certain problem every once and a while on iTunes. I purchase movies and TV shows off iTunes to and sync them to my 
TV then after that the content gets backed up on my Time Capsule. Then sometimes when my iTunes on my cpu syncs with my TV then it says that some things don't sync because it could not be found. Then I go into time machine to retrieve the content backed up and it's nowhere to be found.
I contact's customer care and they refund me what I've lost, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me why this would happen. I don't get it.
