Continual Mouse Lag 10.7

Hi guys,
since installing lion dp4 i have had a slight lag on my mouse. The mouse sometimes slows down, sometimes lags from one point onto the other. it is not as fluid as it was with SL. Im using brand new batteries on the Magic Mouse. Lion is running on Mac Pro 2010.

Does anyone else have this problem?

so i repaired permissions and turned off bootcamp from indexing and solved. Was it the indexing which was slowing down the mouse? Is there a connection between those?
