Continuity calling not working through contacts

Hi guys,

I noticed that when I press the phone call button in contacts on Yosemite, it just does nothing. When I call someone through FaceTime though, then it suddenly works. Shouldn't I just be able to call people through the contacts app?

I've set the feature up, cause as I said, it does work through the FaceTime app.

Edit: I've noticed I only can't call people through the contacts app when I added the country code to their phone number; e.g. +316xxxxxxxx instead of just 06xxxxxxxx. This is a bug right?
