Continuity iPhone Cellular Calls very buggy

Every time I get a phone call, it appears on my Mac but every time I answer it says call failed and I need to call them back. Very annoying. Anything I can do? Happens every time I answer a cellular call on my Mac.

I'm not really sure what causes this, I've had this issue, however it's not common. Only two or three times have I seen the error message when trying to answer a call on my mini 2.
