Continuous Scrolling with Trackpad

Is there any way to have the trackpad on a MBP(mid09) do continuous scrolling? It's basically where if you have not reached the edge of a window while scrolling when you have reached the edge of the trackpad, it will still scroll as long as you hold you fingers at the edge of the trackpad. My Toshiba had it and it made it much easier to drag and drop things, just looking to have it again.
