Contour ROAM won't show up

I have a late 2013 rMBP. I also have a ContourROAM. I tried to plug my ContourROAM into my rMBP today, and it's not being recognized at all (doesn't mount). Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot/fix this problem?

This happened to me as well after I updated my osx to mavericks.

So now I am only using the Contour Roam on my windows 7 machine.

If you dont have another machine, install a virtual machine and use xp/7 and you should be ok....else you can try linux.
