Help! What do you do when you buy a phone off a guy, take it home and realize its stuck on a contract? Cant get ahold of him to get him to release his name off the contract!
Its locked to Bell. Does anyone have any suggestions what to do with this phone?

Can a phone on a contract be unlocked and used on a different carrier, then be used as a prepaid phone?
