Contract....

Okay, so when I was 18 I started with my first contract, with t-mobile been with them ever since, last Year I got the 4S on release day, however, since then I worked for a bank and they overpaid me, and I refused to give the money back as I was a dick, and they registered a default against me, now this weekend, I'm considering buying out my contract and getting an iPhone5, I have 11 months left on it, OR just buying the phone sim-free from apple.

However, I don't wanna buy the phone and stay on a ****** tariff, and I'm scared to buy my contract out and go on a cheaper plan just in case my credit rating won't let me start a new contract.
Anybody have any suggestions on this? Really don't know what to do!

Sounds like karma caught up to you and that you really don't want the phone. You don't want to put the phone outright and you're scared to buy the countract out.

Of course I want the phone, I can buy it outright in cash from apple and just get the nano sim from t-mobile, but if I start a new contract then my bill will be cheaper! You see?!
