Control Center Clock - Is There A Way To Default To Alarm (and not Timer)?

Not sure who at Apple decided the flip-up convenience to access the Clock app should default to the Timer but I use my Alarm almost daily and want that icon to take me straight to the Alarms and not the damn Timer.

Possible?

Short of some jailbreak tweak that might allow for something like that (if/when there's a jailbreak for iOS 10), the ability to change things in the Control Center isn't something that Apple provides.
