I just got the greatest idea that would fit Apples "thinking"!
Yesterday When I was watching a movie on my Apple TV, I wanted to pause. Because I don't have any battery left on my Apple TV remote I always use my iphone (rowmote) as a control. I took up my iphone, unlocked, had to find the app, even though the app was running in the background (I made a call after starting the app). My point is... Isn't it stupid to have to find the app that is running to just acces some basic controls?

Here's my thought: why not let some apps add some basic controls in control center? Like widget controls...there already is one for music...I wouldn't have to unlock my phone every time. I also have a synology nas. Wouldn't it be nice to have control settings in control center for ds download for example? Or maybe air video? The possibilities are endless, user friendly and very efficient since it will only show when the app is running.

What do you think?
