Control Center is laggy on iPhone 4S with 7.1

Hi,
to the 4S owners: Do you also have the problem that swiping up or down the control center on the lockscreen is very laggy on iOS 7.1? It really looks like an old Android 2.1 phone...
When I disable the transparency effect, everything's fine. Probably I should do a reset over iTunes?

Try restarting your device (off then on), or simply do a clean install in iTunes by restoring your device.

Kinks like this should work themselves out over time though.
