I cannot get the control center to swipe up from the home screen. Any setting I missed??

Same problem even though I had it turned on in settings. Turned phone off/on and it is working again.....for now....seems like a bug somewhere as it was working for me then stopped.

What I found is I have to swipe up from the bottom right by far right tray icon. Strange.

Yup same issue about sometimes not being to swipe up for control center and down for notification center. Standby and back on worked last time it happen.

I have lock screen turned off but it is weird at times.
