Control iPad Music with iPhone

Using the Apple Remote App you can control a access and control a Macs music. Is there a way to do this from say iPad to iPhone or visa versa in Apple Music? I know that you can in Spotify.

I was wondering that a while back. Doesn't appear to be a way at the moment, except maybe with a third party app. The remote app on the Apple Watch can also control the iPhone, Mac/PC iTunes and an appleTV but not the iPad.
