Does anyone know of a way to control an iPhone from a PC (connected via Lightning to USB or WiFi) or by running a VNC server on the iPhone? This needs to be done without jailbreaking the phone.

I am trying to do tech support for an elderly relative. I currently have a VNC server running on her Windows 10 PC that I use whenever I need to resolve PC issues. Is there any way that she can connect her iPhone to the computer such that I can control it? It would be ideal if she just has to plug in a lightning to USB cable and I can take over from there.

I have LonelyScreen to mirror the phone on the PC, but it would be a lot easier if I can click on things instead of instructing her. It is also a lot easier if I don't have to remind her how to turn on AirPlay through the Control Center each time.

The only thing I have found is this, but it needs a Mac:

Are there any iOS VNC servers or other apps that don't require jailbreaking?
