Control–Media Eject alternative on new macs to display restart/sleep/shut down dialog?

Do you know any alternative to Control–Media Eject

shortcuts to display a dialog asking whether you want to restart, sleep, or shut down with new Macs?

Here they suggest Control–Power button* but it doesn't works on a MabBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) running Monteray 12.5 (with Italian keyboard layout).
