I have seen that you can play music from the Apple Watch through bluetooth headphones if the music is stored on the Apple Watch but would it be possible to control music playing on the iPhone by using controls on the Apple Watch? :)

I hope so, would be great to have my iOS device docked in my non-BT speakers. Probably can be done via AirPkay.

I'm going to order a Bluetooth shower speaker so I can belt out some My Heat Will Go On whilst scrubbing up.

Music

Control the music on your iPhone. Or leave your iPhone at home and listen to your favorite synced playlist right from Apple Watch using wireless Bluetooth headphones.

oooh I didn't see that part :)
