Controlling iPod video playing from another iOS device

Is there any way/app to control iPod app while playing videos on an iPhone/iPad from another iPhone/iPad (via bluetooth)? The apps in AppStore are only for controlling music play, not for video play.

I need this to control my kids' iPhones/iPads while they want to change the movies but we cannot do this while driving in the car.
