I installed XP Pro under Fusion, and am attempting to control one of the SuperDrives when in the VM. I've set Fusion to recognize the top drive. However, when I'm in the VM, I can't use the Eject key on the keyboard to open the top drive. Pressing Option-Eject opens both the top and bottom drives simultaneously.
When I suspended the VM and inserted the disc in the top drive, Windows recognized it when I resumed the VM. However, it again wouldn't let me eject it while in the VM, and I was therefore forced to do so under OS X. As a result, when I insert a second disc into the same drive, Windows is still reading the contents of the first disc.
