controlling pc with MacBook NO downloads?

ok as a highschooler we all get macbook pro's for school use. at home, i would like to control my PC with my mac without having any downloads. i cant use any apps or anything. no downloads at all...

is there any way to do this through the internet online or something? i really need to do this, but i cant download anything.

Can't download anything to the computer? Can you run programs off a flash drive? A bit of a hassle but it would work.

yes i suppose i could run off of a flash drive, but idk. when i try to run things, it already says administrator that set up this computer blah blah. not letting me. any ideas?

Just curious. Why do you want to control your PC while at home? If you want to use the PC, then use it haha. I could see wanting to do it remotely.
