Convert Address Book to First Names ONLY

Anyone know of a program or a WAY to convert my entire Mac's Address Book to first names only? Some how I screwed up my iPhone's Contact List sync and the names are all screwed up. When I enter a contact in my phone I enter their full name in the first name slot only as I hate how it sorts based on first/last name, blah blah blah.

Anyways it got screwed up somehow and some names are in First/Last fields, some are only in the Firstname field, and some are only in the Lastname field.

Does anyone know how to easily convert my entire address book so they are all in the Firstname field?
