Convert .bmp files to a movie?

Hey there,

I've got a series of .bmp images that I just rendered (about 390 frames or so). I know i can covert this whole mess into a movie but I can't figure out just how to go about it.

Any help? What program?

400x306
369kb each
want it to run at about 20frames/sec

Below is a sample export window, where you can see that you can set the frame rate.
