Convert DIVX Files for iPhone Use?

Is there a program that will convert divx files for use on my iPhone? I know Handbreak works for DVDs but is there any way to possibly use that programs for DIVX as well? Thanks.

Costs Money, but is WAY better than crappy-'ol-HandBrake: VisualHub

You would probably have to find a friend that can share VisualHub with you, though, because they quit selling & developing VisualHub. Glad I got a copy before they quit!
