Convert divx to dv/mp4/avi?

Is there a program that would allow me to convert a .divx file into one of those formats to import into imovie 08?

For free, FFmpegX might work but if you'll be doing this conversion a lot, it might be worth it to invest in something like VisualHub which makes it easier.
