iPod touch Convert DVD to iPod Touch with Chapter Guide

I have downloaded a few movies off of iTunes and when you view the movie there is Chapter Guide in the movie. I wanted to know if there is a program out there that will let me do the same when I Rip my DVD to my iPod Touch

Handbrake will include chapter markers when you rip the DVD.

I know Roxio Toast 9 does that, but it does the chapters evenly, not where you want to choose them

True that. It will also do alternate audio (DTS, Spanish, French, etc) if you want.
