I went and got XLD which allows me to convert a bunch of my FLAC files to Apple Lossless format. I want to know though within the preferences/settings is there anything I need to be aware of? Things I should have checked or unchecked?

I want to maintain the lossless quality of the FLAC. Any help would be appreciated.

Apple lossless doesn't have any options. It's lossless just like FLAC.

How about these couple options should I check or uncheck them:

-Correct "30 samples moved offset" problem

-Prepend BOM (Byte Order Mark) when saving cue sheet

-Then under "Metadata" there is a Compression Quality you can change it is default at 70, does this have nothing to do with the conversion?
