Convert from PDF to Word for Mac or RTF

Can anyone recommend a program for converting =from= PDF to either Word for Mac or an RTF file. I'm running 10.5.8 on a G5. Many thanks.

Worked OK for me, but the PDF I have has a lot of line art in it and it converted that to graphics. But overall, it was nice and worked well, I was surprised. For the ONE test I ran, it wasn't that useful but it wasn't very realistic. BUT it does look good, and I can see using this for other things.
