Convert Image Option Not Working

Recently I noticed, the Convert Image option is not working in my MacOS 13.2.1. Please see attached image. Can you please assist?

The create PDF, or create to other format, nothing is working in this option.

God, do I hate such cryptic BS when I see it.

"There was a problem..." ok, and? Give me some explanation, what exactly happened? (not meant for you, OP, but to the OS).

I m converting PSD file or Normal JPG file using the Convert Image option, everytime this message is throwing. I even did the safe boot and tried, same problem again.

Did it work in the past, or this is the first time you are trying to do such thing?

Have you tried with any other image format conversion? Is it only happening with .psd files?

yes it was working fine. I tried on my other mac with 13.2.1 , it was working there.

I m using this feature from last many years. I formatted my mac few weeks back. It was working fine till I noticed today.

Psd to jpg
jpg to jpg
png to jpg
jpg to png or whatever options are there, none working.

Is it the Apple Silicon Mac?

It’s working on Intel Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68).
Do you get the same error in every folder? Does it work for images on your Desktop?
