iOS Convert midi file to m4R sample code

I need to convert a midi file to ringtone or at the least .wav or .mp3.
I had a look at Audio Converter Services in the Apple doc's.
Am I on the right track?
I can't find any example code using swift anywhere.
Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
