OK, so I see a lot of guides about converting from DVDs to the iPhone, and that's great and all, but I have tons of videos in avi, mpeg, wmv, mkv, etc that I'd like on my iPhone. The problem is that I can't find anything that can convert it QUICKLY in addition to being able to handle so many different formats/codecs. I recently tried an avi file using Quicktime Pro exported to iPhone format and it took FOREVER and the sound came out where everyone sounded like the Chipmunks.

I'm looking for something quick, easy, maybe automated, universal, easy to set settings so no squeaky voices. Ideas?
