Convert PDF to OPML

Hi

I have been sent some mindmaps as PDF's, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert them to OPML. Have googled etc, but don't seem to have anything other than converting OPML to PDF.

I think once you PDF a document there's no reverse action to get them back into the original format. Can you ask the creator of the documents for the OPML formatted files?
